Fast fixes first. If you’re still stuck after these steps, you’ll know exactly what to send.
Paid but still locked? (most common)
- Confirm you’re signed in with the same email you used at checkout.
- Hit Refresh on your Account page.
- If it still looks locked, use the button below to refresh directly from Stripe.
If it still doesn’t unlock
- Wait ~10 seconds (Stripe webhooks can be slightly delayed).
- Make sure you didn’t pay with a different email on Apple Pay / Link.
- Try opening the correct workspace from the Account page quick links.

Forgot password?
Send yourself a reset link. If you’re signed in, we’ll default to your account email.
Common login mistakes
- Signing up with one email, then paying with another.
- Typing a different casing/spaces in the email.
- Using password manager autofill on the wrong account.

Billing, canceling, refunds
Manage your subscription
Change plan, update card, or cancel from the billing portal.
About access after cancel
If you cancel, access stays until the period end, then locks automatically.
If you still see access after the period end: hit “Refresh subscription” above, then Refresh on Account.
